We also reserve the right to refuse to process an order, although we will always do everything possible to process all orders. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing or modifying material from this website. 

BUYING GOODS AS A GUEST

Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as a nonregistered user.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We strive to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, please contact us immediately through our live webchat on our website. Provide us with the details of the product and any damage sustained.

To process a return, please return the product to the courier we send to your home along with the “Return Document” that you must print and attach to the package. Be sure to follow the instructions in the “RETURNS” section of our website.

Once we receive the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe if you are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of our confirmation email.

If the returned product is found to have a defect or damage, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any delivery and return charges. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

NOTIFICATIONS

It is understood that notifications will be deemed received and acted upon immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after being sent by email, or three days after the postage date on any letter. As proof of sending the notification, it will be sufficient to prove that the letter was correctly addressed, had the correct postage, and was delivered to the post office or a mailbox, or that the email was sent to the specified email address.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We take our obligations under the Contract seriously and will always strive to fulfill them to the best of our abilities. However, we cannot be held liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of our obligations under the Contract if such non-compliance or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, also known as “Force Majeure”.

Examples of Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to:

  • Strikes, lockouts, or other forms of protest.
  • Civil unrest, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.
  • Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport, or other means of transport.
  • Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
  • Strikes, failure, or accidents in maritime or river transport, postal transport, or any other type of transport.
  • Please note that this list is not exhaustive and other events may also qualify as Force Majeure.

It shall be understood that our obligations deriving from Contracts are suspended during the period in which Force Majeure remains in effect and we will be given an extension of the period in which to fulfill these obligations by an amount of time equal to the time that the situation of Force Majeure lasted. We will provide all reasonable resources to end the situation of Force Majeure or to find a solution that enables us to fulfill our obligations by virtue of the Contract despite the situation of Force Majeure.

OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website and placement of each order is subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at that time. However, in the event that we are required by law or the decision of governmental entities to make changes retroactively to our policies, Conditions, or Privacy and Cookies Policy, these changes will also apply to any orders made by you in the past. DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are fully customized. The Liana provides you the tailored option due to our sustainable policy. It may take 7 to 12 Days for processing or delivering your order.
Shipment Tracking: All shipments are dispatched via a traceable courier. A tracking number will be shared shortly after order is placed on the provided mobile number or email.
Delivery Charges: The Liana charged delivery fee all over Pakistan the amount is Rs. 500/-.
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
